このアプリは、利用者の情報を収集しません。練習の記録はお使いの端末の中だけに保存され、開発者を含む誰かのサーバーに送信されることはありません。マイクの音声も録音・保存・送信しません。
本アプリ「ソルフェージュ - 相対音感と耳コピ」（英語名: Solfege - Ear Training、以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めます。
1. 収集する情報
ありません。本アプリは個人情報を収集せず、開発者のサーバーへ情報を送信することもありません。アカウント登録も不要です。
2. 端末内に保存する情報
次の情報は、お使いの端末の中にのみ保存されます。
- 練習の設定（調、音色、テンポ、出題範囲、表示言語など）
- 練習の成績（正答率、連続正解数、苦手な音や和音の記録）
開発者がこれらを閲覧・取得する手段はありません。アプリを削除すると、すべて消去されます。
3. マイクの利用
アプリ内課金で使えるようになる「歌って鍛える」機能では、歌った音の高さを判定するためにマイクを使用します。
- マイクの音声は、端末の中で音程を調べるためだけに使います。
- 音声の録音・保存・送信は行いません。
- マイクは「歌って鍛える」の画面を開いている間だけ使用します。
- マイクの使用は、iPhone の「設定」からいつでもオフにできます。オフにしても、ほかの機能はすべて使えます。
4. アプリ内課金
アプリ内課金の決済は、Apple が提供する仕組み（App Store）で行われます。開発者が氏名や支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。購入済みかどうかの確認も、Apple の仕組み（StoreKit）を通じて端末内で行います。
5. 第三者への提供・広告・解析
ありません。本アプリは広告を表示せず、利用状況の解析ツールや第三者製の SDK、トラッキングも使用しません。そのため、第三者に提供される利用者情報はありません。
6. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは年齢を問わず、利用者から情報を収集しません。
7. 改定
本ポリシーを改定する場合は、このページを更新し、上記の日付を改めます。

This app does not collect any information about you. Your practice data stays on your device and is never sent to the developer or anyone else. Microphone audio is never recorded, saved or transmitted.
1. Information We Collect
None. The app does not collect personal information and does not send any data to the developer's servers. No account is required.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
The following is stored only on your device:
- Practice settings (key, sound, tempo, question range, display language, etc.)
- Practice results (accuracy, streaks, and which notes and chords you tend to miss)
The developer has no way to view or retrieve this data. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
3. Microphone
The "Sing It" feature, unlocked by an in-app purchase, uses the microphone to detect the pitch you sing.
- Audio is used only to detect pitch on your device.
- Audio is never recorded, saved or transmitted.
- The microphone is used only while the Sing It screen is open.
- You can turn off microphone access at any time in the iOS Settings app. All other features keep working.
4. In-App Purchases
Payments are handled by Apple through the App Store. The developer never receives your name or payment information. Purchase status is checked on your device through Apple's StoreKit.
5. Third Parties, Advertising and Analytics
None. The app shows no ads and uses no analytics tools, third-party SDKs or tracking. No user data is shared with any third party.
6. Children's Privacy
The app collects no information from users of any age.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
